PROGRAMMATIC FRAMEWORK
Through a months-long process with engagement from multiple stakeholders, we were about to complete our strategic plan for FY 25-27. We revamped our programmatic framework to include three pillars that define our work:
READY TO ENGAGE
Project Ready’s primary goal is to foster broad community engagement and ensure that marginalized Black and Brown voices are heard and actively represented in democratic processes. For this reason, Project Ready accepts an invitation into a community to build a collaborative relationship with its residents and provide valuable information that supports them in being Ready to Engage.

READY TO ADVOCATE
Ready to Advocate is a rallying call to show up, voice your concerns, and pool our resources to create meaningful change. When we coordinate our actions and combine our voices as a voting bloc, we become unstoppable in addressing community needs. Through Ready to Advocate, we empower families, strengthen schools, and uplift youth and the communities in which they live.
